Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Chenal Painting did the exterior paint for our home. We have a 1960s home with wood siding. Chenal Painting immediately returned my call and scheduled an estimate and the process has been smooth since. We also needed some repair on gables and door frames. They were able to get the wood repairs done, took the time to properly prep, including scraping and caulking all the joints of the windows, and took care to plastic the non-painted surfaces. Jessica, the production manager, was by every day, available via cell phone as needed. Juan and the crew were punctual, hard-working, and had immense attention to detail. The process took about a week from start to finish. We would absolutely call them again for any painting needs.

Chako was amazing. The talent he has with a paint brush is second to none. He did awesome trim work without a single piece of tape and with no flaws. He made my house look modern and fresh. Jessica was friendly, personable and professional. She was great with communication and detail. The cost of the project was reasonable and fair and did not change from the original quote. Will definitely use this company again next time I have painting needs.

We had an amazing experience with Chenal Painting. We had all our interior common areas updated and an overlook wall finished to make a full wall. It looks like a completely new home! You would never be able to tell the completed wall was ever only half a wall. They did an incredible job. The whole team is friendly, helpful and makes sure the job is done well. Chenal Painting did a great job on our new house. We had to repaint from top to bottom and Chenal Painting was able to cover such a big order. I did change my mind several times regarding colors and what walls I wanted which color and they had no problem changing directions several times. I am very pleased with how the crew did and the professionalism Jessica showed. I’ll be referring them to everyone! I love my new door and it is truly our happy place!

We were caught in a difficult situation with our kitchen remodel. The original painter for our project had multiple delays on when he could start. Dates were rescheduled several times for countertops and flooring. My husband found Chenal Painting online and called for an estimate. Nathan came the following day. We explained our situation and he indicated he thought they could rearrange some schedules that weren't on a rush need and accommodate our needs. Jessica came to determine what supplies would be required and get our paint samples to have them color-matched. Our painters were on site in less than a week with everything they needed to get started. Juan and his crew were very professional and cleaned up a much as possible every day. They were always on time and didn't leave until they were at a point the paint had to dry. Jessica or Nathan checked on the project daily with the crew and us. When the carpentry work was completed by Justin, we were amazed. It was a difficult configuration, but he was so skilled he made it look easy. When additional materials were needed, Jessica or Nathan brought them quickly. After the countertops were installed, there was an area that needed to be readjusted to meet the countertops flush. Roger came the next day and resolved the issue, which was an unforeseen problem. Juan and his painting crew returned to paint the new section and to touch up any areas of concern. I highly recommend giving Chenal Painting a call for your next project. Everyone was professional, personable and did an excellent job.

Jessica and Juan did out standing job in painting our home . After several other contractors either did not show or could not get to us Chenal painting was able to start on our project almost immediately. Over 4100 ft.² was painted within a few weeks time. Phillip responded promptly to our inquiry and had the job completed within the next week. Over the course of 2 days, his crew placed new sheet rock over our existing popcorn ceiling giving it a smooth, modern new look. You would never know that it had been covered up! We are very pleased with their work and would use Chenal Painting/Restoration services again in the future!

I recently bought my first home which is a bit older. I knew I wanted to get the popcorn ceilings removed asap and had also hoped to get flooring replaced. We called on a Friday, met with Phillip Monday and got a quote by end of day. We discussed then that we were hoping for flooring to be done at some point and learned of Chenal Restoration that he also owns. After receiving other quotes for each project as well as lumped together, he was on par with and/or cheaper than other quotes. He had all of the popcorn removed and repainted by end of that week (starting Tuesday and wrapping up Saturday right before I moved in) and got the flooring done the following week. He was prompt, responsive and work was excellent. Half payment accepted at beginning of work and only accepted remaining once complete. Also helped with a number of small things I needed done. He will be my first call for all future work. Highly recommend!

Really normal guys that do professional work quickly. They met me where I was and stayed within my budget. This was one of the fastest and cleanest “construction” jobs I’ve ever experienced. I won’t use anyone else. In and out, clear about price, no surprises, easy to communicate with? That’s gonna be a yes from me.
